Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping Information

We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, 2 Day or 3 Day services as our standard methods of shipping. We try to make sure that shipping is reasonable and appropriate for the size and weight of your package. Shipping rates and transit times for your chosen service will be shown while you are placing your order. Shipping rates for UPS and USPS are based on "Real Time" shipping rate data-- they are based on the weight, transit mileage, service level and rural/nonrural delivery designation. We strive to always keep this cost as low as possible.

Packages that are smaller than 2-3lbs are sometimes sent via USPS Priority Mail as that service is much more economical for those sizes. If we do ship with USPS and the shipping cost is lower, we will refund you the difference immediately. Larger packages will always go UPS. If you would like to have something shipped to you with your carrier account (if you have a business account with FEDEX, for example), please just email us at and let us know. We will refund the shipping amount and send (insurance mandatory) via your preferred method of delivery.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
